Use of Data:
We use your data to process and deliver your orders, send you updates (order, shipping), respond to your enquiries, improve our services, and for any legal obligations. -
Payment Data:
We do not store sensitive payment card information (PCI Data). Payment processing is done through Yoco which uses 3D Encryption. The only payment-related data we may store is non-sensitive (e.g. last 4 digits, transaction reference) necessary for reconciliation. -
Data Sharing:
We may share your shipping address and order information with The Courier Guy (or other shipping providers) to deliver your order. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. -
Data Security:
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. Access is restricted, data is encrypted in transit where applicable, backups performed, etc. -
Retention:
We retain your personal data for as long as needed for the purposes we collected it (eg fulfilment, returns, legal compliance). After that, data is deleted or anonymised. -
Your Rights under POPIA:
As a customer resident in South Africa, you have rights under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), including:

- Right to correction or deletion
- Right to object to processing
- Right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator -
