All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We may refuse or cancel an order for any reason.

Product prices are as indicated on the site when the order is placed. We do not store sensitive card data; all payment processing is through Yoco (see below).
3. Payment & Security

We accept payments via our payment partner, Yoco.

Yoco uses 3D Encryption and does not store your sensitive Personal Card Information (PCI-Data).

You guarantee that the payment method is yours or that you have authority to use it.
4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping will be via The Courier Guy, per the Shipping Times policy.

You must provide accurate and correct shipping information. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses.
5. Returns & Store Credit

As per our Returns & Store Credit policy: no refunds. Returns only for store credit, with the customer covering return shipping, within the timeframe specified.
6. Intellectual Property

All content on the site (text, images, logos etc.) is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or use them without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to ensure your satisfaction, we cannot guarantee perfection.

We are not liable for indirect, special or consequential losses.

Our liability for any defective goods is typically limited to replacement or store credit in the event of an issue that is our responsibility.
8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Disputes will be under the jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
